These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and citi88 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any services provided by citi88, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Continued use of the citi88 platform after any amendment to the terms means you automatically accept those changes. citi88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the current applicable terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are required to stop using the citi88 platform immediately and close your account through the support channels provided.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

The citi88 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 21 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached that age. citi88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide sufficient proof may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 One Account Only

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at citi88. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them. This restriction applies to accounts shared among family members living in the same household.

2.3 Registration Information

Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. The information to be provided includes:

• An active and reachable email address

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and any activity that occurs under your account. Choose a strong password and do not share it with any other party. citi88 will not ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Accurate Account Information

Players are responsible for ensuring their account information is kept up to date. Any changes to your mobile phone number, email address, or payment details must be communicated to the citi88 support team within a reasonable time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

citi88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM20. All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made in the name of the registered player.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours once all security checks and verification requirements have been completed. citi88 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving a withdrawal to meet compliance requirements.

For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM150 with an account balance of RM250 — the wagering requirement is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750.

citi88 operates a VIP programme with four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%. Tier advancement depends on the player's level of betting activity.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion has a set validity period and may not be used after the expiry date
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts
• citi88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus granted if there is evidence of misuse
• Only one promotion may be active at a time, unless otherwise stated

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed at citi88 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for ensuring that the bet details are accurate before confirming any wager. citi88 will not be liable for errors made by the player during the betting process.

In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or system error while a bet is being processed, citi88 reserves the right to void or confirm the bet in question based on available system records. 7. Player Conduct

Players are prohibited from doing any of the following on the citi88 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors for personal gain
• Spreading false or misleading information about the citi88 platform
• Using offensive language, threats, or inappropriate conduct towards support staff
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local or international laws

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action including temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, or balance freeze.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the citi88 platform — including logos, trademarks, interface designs, graphics, text, software code, and domain names — is the exclusive property of citi88 or its relevant licensors. Players are not permitted to copy, distribute, or reuse any content from this platform without written consent from citi88.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting citi88 customer support. Prior to closure, all account balances eligible for withdrawal will be returned to the player, subject to standard security checks.

10.2 Closure by citi88

citi88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict the account of any player where there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In such cases, citi88 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonuses and winnings associated with the relevant breach.

11. Changes to Terms
